Refund Policy

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. Refund is NOT eligible under the following circumstances:

  • You have accessed or streamed any Chorki content fully or partially using your account or for any unwatched Chorki content.
  • You can access Chorki content on at least one supported device (e.g., laptop/PC, smartphone, or Smart TV).
  • Your access issue is limited only to TV devices, while other supported devices function properly.
  • Your subscription was renewed automatically in accordance with the billing cycle.
  • You are facing internet speed or connectivity issues that are not caused by the Chorki platform.
  • Your device does not meet the minimum system requirements or is incompatible with the Chorki app.

Refunds will only be issued in the case of double transactions in a singe account or erroneous charges, subject to submission of supporting documentation. Once verified, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
